ON Saturday, March 22, the pews of the Parks Road New Testament Church overflowed with mourners who went to say their final farewell to Hermine Lavina Creary.

Creary died on March 4 after an illness. She was 85 years old.

Creary, who was affectionately called 'Miss Sweetie' or 'Aunt', was hailed as a community stalwart who was dedicated to the Christian faith until the day she took her last breath.

Life Tributes joins with relatives and loved ones in paying tribute to this daughter of the soil.

Rest well Hermine Lavina Creary.
