KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) will suspend its services early for the second day following the passage of Hurricane Sandy, corporate communications manager, Reginald Allen said.

The bus service will run until 9:00pm for most routes, Allen said, adding however that some routes may close earlier.

The JUTC ended its services at 7:00pm Thursday as the absence of power in many areas since Hurricane Sandy hindered its operations.
