Man returning from daughter's graduation shot, injured

KINGSTON, Jamaica — A man was this afternoon shot and injured on Laws Street in downtown Kingston.
Reports reaching OBSERVER ONLINE are that shortly after midday, the man was on his way from his daughter’s graduation when he was approached by another man.
It is said that the man brandished a gun and opened fire hitting him before fleeing.
The injured man was taken to hospital for treatment.
