Manchester DC found with contraband

MANDEVILLE, Manchester — A twenty-nine year old District Constable (DC) attached to the Mandeville police Station was on Wednesday taken into custody for having contraband in his possession.
Police reports are that he was found with a knife, scissors and a quantity of ganja, which he was allegedly taking to prisoners in the cell.
The District Constable was reportedly being investigated and was searched under “reasonable suspicion.”
He has so far been charged for possession of ganja.
