KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The Police have launched a manhunt for four men who were involved in the robbery of a group of Chinese expatriates Wednesday afternoon.

Reports are that about 2:40 pm the men posing as employees of a utility company gained access to a residence on Hope Boulevard in the upscale community of Hope Pastures. The men then brandished guns and robbed the occupants of household appliances and an undetermined sum of money. They then escaped in a waiting motor car.

The Police Wednesday urged individuals particularly Chinese expats to exercise extreme caution when conducting business of any nature, adding that if there are doubts the police should be immediately contacted.
