THE Ministry of Education yesterday hailed the work of former chairman of the board of Clarendon College, Anthony Pickersgill, who passed away yesterday.

"Mr Pickersgill served his alma mater with dedication and distinction for many years and will be sadly missed by the Clarendon College family as well as the leadership of the ministry," a statement from the ministry said.

The ministry also expressed condolences to his widow Fay — former director of tourism — and other relatives and wished for them God's comfort during their time of bereavement.
