KINGSTON, Jamaica — Police had to rescue a man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend after he was chased, chopped and beaten by angry residents this morning.
The man who allegedly dumped his girlfriend in a tank in his Clarendon community has since been rushed to hospital in serious condition.
"We can confirm the reports and are at this time investigating the matter," the police said.
Police report that the body of 28-year-old Tamesha Hamilton was found in a tank on Tuesday after she was reported missing on October 24.
