Mother, daughter killed

A mother and her daughter were shot dead by gunmen in Spanish Town last night.

They have been identified as 50-year-old Sonia Baccas Gokul and Indra Gokul, 30.

Police reports are that at about 10:00 pm, the two were among a group of people at their home in March Pen when they were attacked.

Residents in the area said gunshots were heard and when they went to investigate the bodies of the mother and her daughter were found.
