THE sentencing of the three civilians arrested in February after a large gun and ammunition find along Munster Road in East Kingston was this morning postponed in the High Court Division of the Gun Court until August 3.
Those to be sentenced are businessman Garnett Pellington, who pleaded guilty to a count of illegal possession of firearm and Charles Morris and David Blagrove pleaded guilty to all 19 counts for which they were charged.
The three had pleaded guilty recently and are set to give evidence against the only police officer charged in the case, Sergeant Russell Robinson.
Robinson is set to stand trial on 18 counts of illegal possession of firearms and ammunition on September 10.
The men were arrested on February 4.
The guns and ammunition were stolen from the Armoury and Stores at the Elletson Road Police Station, where Robinson, Blagrove and Morris worked.
