Ocho Rios car crash leaves one dead, two injured

A woman was killed and two men injured following a motor vehicle accident on the Bull Point main road, Ocho Rios, St Ann this morning.
The deceased has been identified as 27-year-old Kerry-Ann Williams, a cashier of Hazard district in St Mary. The injured are Zodeer Mitchell, 22, of a St Mary address and Stennett Thomas, 34, a security guard of Steer Town in St Ann.
Police said about 12:00 am, Thomas was driving a Toyota Corolla motor car - with Williams and Mitchell aboard - towards St Ann's Bay. On reaching a section of the roadway, he overtook a motor car, lost control of his vehicle, which hit an embankment and overturned.
Williams died on the spot. Thomas and Mitchell were taken to the St Ann's Bay Hospital where they were admitted in serious but stable condition. The Ocho Rios Police are investigating.
