One dead, another missing in fishing incident

ROSEAU, Dominica (CMC) — Rescue teams were searching for a 24-year-old Chinese national, missing after a fishing incident that has also resulted in the death of a 60-year-old Chinese on Sunday.
Police said that they were conducting investigations into the incident at Layou, after five Chinese nationals had gone to a river to fish.
They said two in the group encountered difficulties, “because they could not swim and submerged in the water”.
The authorities said Zufu Kun, 60, was discovered late on Sunday evening and taken to the Princess Margaret Hospital Accident and Emergency Department where he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
They said the search was continuing for Yang Kang.
The authorities gave no details regarding the reasons the Chinese nationals were in Dominica. However media reports said they were associated with the construction of a number of Chinese-funded projects on the island.
