One dead in Toll Road accident

AN unidentified man died after he was hit by a motorcar along the Vineyards toll road in St Catherine last night.
According to the Spanish Town Police, at about 8:00 pm, the driver of a red Mitsubishi Lancer motorcar was travelling along the toll road. On reaching a section of the roadway, the man ran into the path of the car and was hit. He was subsequently run over by other motor vehicles, which were travelling behind the Mitsubishi motorcar. The man sustained multiple injuries and died on the spot.
The Spanish Town Police are investigating.
