Pearnel Charles Arcade damaged by fire

KINGSTON, Jamaica - Fire gutted a section of the Pearnel Charles Arcade, downtown Kingston, this morning.
Details on how the raging fire began are still unclear.
Fire fighters at the Church Street location however brought the situation under control.
