Police investigates double murder in Denham Town

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Residents of Denham Town west Kingston are on edge this morning following a double murder including a pregnant woman Sunday afternoon.
The dead have been identified as 20-year-old Candice Johnson and Dwayne Stewart, 22.
Reports are that at about 1:00pm the two were at home along Blount Street when gunmen went to the premises and open fire on them.
They died on the spot. The two had just moved to the premises from another location in the community. A motive for the shooting has not been ascertained.
Police have launched an investigation into the killings.
