Police seize ammo in Rose Town

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Denham Town Police seized more than 24 rounds of ammunition in south St Andrew yesterday afternoon.

Reports are that the lawmen were on patrol on Duff Street, Rose Town when they found the ammunition in an abandoned premises at about 2:20pm.

Twenty-eight 5.56 rounds were discovered in a plastic bag.

No one was arrested in connection with the find.

Investigations are continuing.
