Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller was the toast of the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) last Sunday when she flew in on a Sandals jet to be the keynote speaker at the official opening of Sandals Resorts International's (SRI's) Key West Luxury Village, its latest addition to the Beaches Turks and Caicos mega resort in Providenciales.
