Second chance?

By Eva-Jean

People are giving two thumbs up to the one who did what's right and moved mountains to get wifey and family back home. No need to get into the details of what prompted her departure in the first place.

The lady doth protest too much

With all the talk about resignations and protocol there is one who's determined not to budge. It is said that history within a particular organisation will show that offering one's resignation would be the norm. So why on earth doth the lady protest so much?

Speaking of protest...

What in the world got hold of 'Babsy' Grange? What a classless performance at the function where she met the new minister of sports, Natalie Neita Headley! The hosts and guests were all obviously very embarrassed. Have some dignity please, Babsy!

Overjoyed

People are cautioning those who are certainly not known for public displays of anything, over their recent outbursts of song and dance where and when people would least expect it. But word is, they could not contain their profound joy about the outcome of the general election. Were their identities to be revealed, now that would cause shock and awe similar to that caused by the victory.

No way out

Seems someone's in a box of bricks, 'cause she'd just about got a handle on manipulating the men in power, but with the change in Government people say she won't be able to fool 'Sista P'. They say she, too, had better pack her bags and...

Matters arising...

Word is, two past leaders may be joining forces possibly to address matters arising or even questions to be asked.

Man for the job

They say AJ Nicholson, QC got the foreign affairs job not so much for foreign experience but more so for his ability to manage and manage well. He's a great choice, methinks.

Where was he?

Question of the week: Did someone really choose boating over voting on Election Day? Or, was it boating 'cause there could be no gloating on swearing-in day?
