THE three soldiers charged with the 2010 murder of accountant Keith Clarke during the search for Christopher 'Dudus Coke, are to make their first court appearance on Monday.

The men are to appear in the Home Circuit Court where the matter has been set for mention, a court official told the Jamaica Observer today.

Lance Corporals Greg Tingling and Odel Buckley and Private Arnold Henry are to be tried for murder for the shooting death of Clarke at his Kirkland Heights, St Andrew home in May 2010.

The men were members of a joint police/military team that was searching for Coke, the then Tivoli Gardens don, who was later held and extradited to the US.

The men were ordered to be charged last week by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
