Some areas to be under curfew during storm

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Ministry of National Security will be issuing curfew orders for select areas effective at six o’clock this evening.
Finance Minister Dr Peter Phillips, making a statement in Parliament this afternoon, said the curfews would remain in effect until Thursday morning.
"Only emergency personnel will be allowed movement during the period of the curfews," he told Parliament.
