KINGSTON, Jamaica — A Jamaican wanted for several crimes in the Cayman Islands was captured in St Ann yesterday.

Thirty-one-year-old Dainian Henry also called ‘Yellow’ was caught in Lillyfield district, Bamboo in the parish around 12:45am.

Henry, of a Brown’s Town, St Ann address, has been on the run since he eluded a police dragnet in October 2011.

Reports are that an operation was carried out at a garage in Lillyfield when Henry was caught.

Henry faces extradition to Cayman where he is wanted for possession of an unlicensed firearm, possession of cocaine with intent to supply, escaping custody, attempted robbery and resisting arrest.
