St James man stabbed to death

FIFTY-YEAR-OLD Donovan Cameron of Salt Spring, St James died in hospital after he was stabbed at Union Street in the parish last night.

Police report that about 9:00 pm Cameron was walking along the roadway when he was approached by two men who took him to an open lot, pulled knives and inflicted wounds to his body. He was taken to the Cornwall Regional Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Detectives from the Montego Bay Criminal Investigation Bureau are investigating.
