Teen found with Glock pistol and 34 rounds, arrested

KINGSTON, Jamaica - A teenager was arrested and charged with illegal possession of firearm and ammunition in the Corporate Area yesterday.
Reports are that the Half-Way-Tree Police acted on information and searched a coaster bus parked at the layby at Mandela Park.
A Glock 19 pistol with an extended magazine loaded with thirty-four 9mm rounds and another magazine with an undisclosed amount of rounds were found at the feet of 19-year-old Paulan Crawford.
Crawford, of Kings Street, Kingston, was arrested and taken in for questioning and later charged.
