Two held in Mountain View firearm seizure

KINGSTON, Jamaica - A firearm and ammunition were seized and two people arrested in a police operation on Mountain View Avenue, St Andrew this morning.
Reports are that a team of officers was conducting an operation in the community at about 5:00am when the firearm, a Colt .45 semi-automatic pistol, and a magazine with five rounds were found.
The identities of the two arrested have not been revealed.
Investigations are underway.
