KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Kingston Central Police are seeking Marlon McMillian, also called ‘Truthy’ and ‘Shooty’, in relation to the shooting death of a four-year-old boy in Allman Town this morning.

The boy’s grandmother was also shot in the incident.
