Water woes in sections of St Andrew and St Catherine
Tuesday, July 10, 2012 | 3:16 PM
THE National Water Commission (NWC) wishes to advise customers in the Tavistock, Millsborough and lower Jacks Hill areas of St Andrew, who are currently without their regular water supply, that the disruption is as a result of works being carried out at the Tavistock Tank which serves the area.
The company said regular water supply will be restored tomorrow.
In addition, the NWC is advising customers served by the White Marl Well in St Catherine that pipeline repair works have caused the disruption that they are currently experiencing.
Regular water supply will be restored by 4 this evening.
The affected areas are:
King Street, Burke Road and Twickenham Park.
