KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Winners in the Petroleum Corporation of Jamaica (PCJ) website-development competition will be announced on Tuesday, October 1, the agency said Thursday.

The PCJ launched the competition in June of this year.

The contest invited students from tertiary institutions to redesign the agency’s official website for a chance to win cash prizes valued at $350,000.

Entries have been judged, PCJ said, and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at the Corporation’s Trafalgar Road head office in New Kingston.

State minister in the Ministry of Science, Technology, Energy and Mining Julian Robinson is scheduled to give the keynote address.
