Woman charged for murdering Italian chef gets bail

ST ANDREW, Jamaica — Latoya Wilkes, the woman who was implicated in the stabbing death of an Italian chef earlier this month was yesterday granted bail when she appeared before the Half-Way-Tree Resident Magistrate’s Court.

Wilkes was granted bail in the sum of $500,000 and is to return to court on Tuesday, August 21.

On Sunday, July 1, Pablo Auigliano, 40, of Shortwood Road, St Andrew was stabbed to death at his workplace at The Marketplace on Constant Spring Road. Detectives charged Wilkes with his murder last Thursday.
