Staff members of Jamaica Tourist Board Montego Bay branch, along with supervisors and managers of the Jamaica Customs and Immigration departments, as well as senior police personnel and trainers pose for a group photo following a three-day customer service training seminar at the Jamaica Conference Centre in downtown, Kingston, recently. Just under 300 customs, immigration and police officers in western Jamaica and Kingston have undergone a renewed level of training in customer service delivery to improve travellers experience at the ports, as well as that of local residents.
