Bion Bliss, acting counsel, political affairs, Embassy of the United States in Jamaica, delivering the main address at a ceremony to launch the Linstead Community Social Enterprise Project on Tuesday. The project, which benefited from a USAID grant, is poised to earn revenue and assist with the sustainability of the local citizens' group. Also participating in the launch ceremony are Lloyd Erskine (left), field director of the Social Development Commission, and Devon Smith, president of the Linstead Community Development Committee.
