THE National Water Commission (NWC) has now moved its customer census mapping project to St Catherine as it continues its efforts to deliver improved customer service.

The project, which has already been completed in Kingston and St Andrew, involves a door-to-door survey of existing and potential NWC customers and mapping them using global positioning system devices.

The NWC says these activities will be carried out sometime between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm daily, and advised that all project representatives will be properly identified.

“The census mapping project will ultimately result in better water and waste water service delivery, improved responsiveness to complaints, and better customer service,” the NWC said in a release.
