Minister of National Security Dr Horace Chang was the toast of St Ann last Sunday as he celebrated his birthday weeks after he was conferred with The Order of Distinction in the rank of Commander (CD).

Businessmen Danny Galani, owner of Mainland China Restaurant and Landmark Plaza; Dr Guna Muppuri, founder and chairman of Bioprist Group of Companies and Indies Pharmaceuticals; and Lachu Ramchandani, owner of Blue Diamond shopping Centre, Ironshore Montego Bay, hosted a brunch at the Mainland China Restaurant in honour of Chang, who is the minister of national security.

With his wife Paulette at his side, Chang was joined by fellow Cabinet members, Minister of Justice Delroy Chuck and Minister of Tourism Edmond Bartlett, other political colleagues, including chairman mayor of St Ann's Bay Michael Belnavis for what was a fun-filled afternoon.
