Errol Miller, executive chairman of the Flow Foundation, welcomes 15-year-old St Andrew resident Jermaine Bailey to the first cohort of the annual Flow Foundation summer web design programme, which commenced on Monday and is now being hosted at the company's corporate office in Kingston. Each week, until the end of August, a new set of 12 students from inner-city communities will be given instruction in web design, presentation skills and Internet safety.
