Honours  - A junior until 2011, Bailey-Cole competed at the World Youth Championships in Bresannone, Italy in 2009 finishing in the semi-finals of both the 100m and 200m. He has been training under the tutelage of experienced coach Glen Mills in the Racer’s camp since leaving high school.

This is his first Olympics.
