Olympic Dossier — Simpson has been one of Jamaica’s most prolific representatives. She was a member of the country’s 4x100m gold medal winning team at the 2004 Olympics in Athens and finished sixth in the 100m final. In Beijing 2008 Simpson won a silver medal in the women’s 100m and was again sixth in the 200m.
