FALMOUTH, Trelawny — The teams in both semi-finals in the Trelawny Football Association Monymusk Overproof White Rum Division One will have to start from scratch in today's return legs at Elliston Wakeland Centre, weather permitting.

Bacca Star United and Rio Bueno FC, who will meet in the first game set for 1:00 pm, are tied 1-1, while Upsetters FC and Jackson Town are tied at 2-2 from their first leg played earlier this week.

The winners on aggregate will advance to the final set for next week, as well as earn promotion to the Major League next season.

There are some doubts whether the games will be played as heavy rains caused some flooding in sections of western Jamaica yesterday, including parts of Falmouth.

Upsetters FC, the mid-season champions, and Bacca Star were beaten semi-finalists last season and will be seeking to get past this stage a year later.

Bacca Star had to come from behind with a goal in time added in Tuesday's first leg to come into today's game on level terms. Romario Scarlett scored two minutes into time added after Maurice McBean had given Rio Bueno the lead in the 53rd minute of a keen competition.

Jackson Town came from two goals down to earn their draw; Desron Whynie in the 13th minute and a Giovonni Buckle own goal in the 28th minute had given Upsetters the lead, but Akeem McGrath in the 35th and Richard Williams in the 77th minute levelled the scores.

Rio Bueno had beaten Baca Star in their only meeting, 1-0, in the third round and could have a psychological advantage today.

Jackson Town and Upsetters had shared wins when they met in the first round, Upsetters FC won 2-0 in the first meeting, while Jackson Town prevailed 1-0 in the return leg, both winning away from home.

Today's games are play to finish and if needed, extra time or penalties will be used to help decide the winners.
