Knox College head girl is St Ann Festival Queen

Eighteen-year-old upper sixth form student at the Knox College Sharlene Codner is St Ann Festival Queen. Codner who is head girl at her school won sectional prizes for most culturally aware and most congenial. She emerged winner from a group of five contestants and will go on to represent the parish in the national competition in July.

Here Codner (centre) is flanked by first-runner-up 22-year-old Naresha Jackson and second-runner-up 18-year-old Yolandie Baldie.
