KINGSTON, Jamaica - Participants broke sweat on Saturday morning as they came out as early as 5:30 for the Appliance Traders Limited (ATL) fitness event, Shape up, at Hope Gardens in Kingston.

The 90-minute workout session had them hitting the ground, squatting, jumping, and stretching all their muscles as double Olympic Silver Medallist and Fitness Consultant Juliet Cuthbert led them through the different routines.

ATL Shape Up is the official warm-up event for the 2014 Sigma Corporate Run that is set for Sunday, February 16. An entry fee of $500 was charged per person, with all proceeds set to benefit the Sigma Corporate Run charity.
