Frenchmen signalled the start of their soca season and long Easter weekend with the annual Breakfast Party, 'Rise Up', held at Pearly Beach, Ocho Rios, last Saturday.

With Absolut cocktails in hand, revellers raved to the phenomenal musical stylings of three of the Rock's finest DJs: King Taj, LL Cool Blaze, DJ Lantern, as well as New York-based DJ Back to Basics.

Bikini-clad women and men who seemingly got the paisley shirt dress code rose early to avail themselves of rum, food, sea and, of course...soca! Breakfast offerings were courtesy of Grace Foods, Hungry Jack and Foska Oats, amongst others. Socaphiles gushed that the #FrenchmenFamalaylaylay executed yet another successful event.
