The Jamaican chapter of the world's oldest and largest gastronomic association, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, inducted 10 new members on the evening of Saturday, November 10. These new members will join over 25,000 persons across 80 countries in sharing the same “values of quality, fine dining and the encouragement of the culinary arts”. The induction ceremony took place at the swanky Moon Palace Hotel, Ocho Rios, and was followed by an eight-course wine-paired banquet. You can trust that wherever there's a cultural event of note, our Social lens will be on location to bring highlights.
