MSW Events launched another of it's signature events 202020 “A Million Dreams” Wedding Giveaway on Tuesday, December 3 at Devon House. The new year will see couples tying the knot at a destination on the north coast in personalised style surrounded by family and friends.

The MSW team will not only be targeting couples in Jamaica but also couples in the US, Canada, UK and the Caribbean increasing next year's staging count to 20 couples.

“I believe travel to exotic destinations like Jamaica, and the Caribbean at large, to tie the knot with our beautiful landscapes overlooking the sea, our stunning gardens, the green of the mountains and the climate of the tropics are just some of the attributes that more and more couples from abroad are taking into account when choosing to have a destination wedding.” An estimated 25 per cent of all weddings are now destination weddings, and the estimated spend for this tourism niche market is $16 billion in the US mainland, according to various industry sources,” CEO of MSW Events Monique Walcott explained.

The June 2020 staging will also feature the renewal of vows for a number of couples and will be launched with a cocktail party reunion of several of the past couples from the Love on the Lawns and The Search stagings.

MSW Events first launched its signature event The Dream Mass Wedding concept to 14 lucky couples in 2014. The event, the first of its kind regionally, held on the February 14, 2014 featured 14, couples across the 14 parishes of Jamaica and was dubbed 14-14-14 “Love on the Lawns.” The second staging 14-14-14 “The Search” was even bigger a year later when even more features were added to the couples' experience including excursions and bachelor/bachelorette parties. The event was streamed live on the Internet to include the diaspora, family and friends.

The couples' package is all-inclusive: ceremony, reception, site with food and beverage; ceremony certificate, bridal gowns & tuxedos, wedding cake, wedding photographer and videographer, hair and make-up for the bride; flowers for bouquet and ceremony arrangement, gifts from sponsors. Décor and execution will be provided by MSW Events and other leading event designers in Jamaica.
