New York-based deejay Juggla is encouraged by the response to his latest song, Mad Ova Mi .

“I just dropped the video online recently and the feedback has been incredible. The idea for the video came through a collaborative effort from myself and mi manager, Steve Walton, and the director, Brilliant, and the people ah work with it. The streets love it because the concept is relatable, everyone has a story like this,” he told the Jamaica Observer's Splash.

Mad Ova Mi was produced by CJ the Chemist from Chemist Records and released in March.

“Mi just feel great to return to the dancehall scene with a song everybody can rock to,” he said.

Juggla was a finalist in the Magnum Kings and Queens of Dancehall competition back in 2010, but has remained relatively quiet on the entertainment scene since then. He subsequently migrated to the United States.

“I am back with a fresh image and fresh music. The fans have been wondering what I have been up to, so now it's time to remind them,” he said.
