GERMANY-BASED Jamaican duo, The PathHeights recently released their latest EP Twin Flamezz.

The set features five acoustic tracks: Way Off, Big Woman, Sound of Life, Like You, and the title track.

Twin Flamezz was released June 1 on all digital platforms. The first single and video, Big Woman, was released in May.

It also includes three bonus tracks: a dub version of Big Woman; a stripped-down version of Way Off, and a rhythm version of Twin Flamezz.

According to Aumuna I, a member of the reggae outfit: “This is our second EP. We released our first EP last year which is titled Ninth Ether. With each project, we try to push the envelope, musically speaking, so we can give our fans music that is authentic and fresh. Good music is what we create; our music is food for the soul.”

Production on the EP was done between Jamaica and Germany.

“We've worked with some very creative producers on this project, Clayton Johnson did the bulk of the recording in Germany and the mixing in Kingston. The radio version of Way Off was produced at the Planet Earth studio in Berlin by Alex Dub,” said Akosua Aset, the other member of the duo.

PathHeights members are originally from Jamaica, but presently reside in Germany.
