MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica — The 2017 staging of the Western Jamaica Domino Association Charley’s JB Overproof Rum-sponsored competition began on Sunday at the 24x7 Sports Bar in Montego Bay with Classic, the defending champions for the premier league, being outscored by Strike Force 300 to 290 in the only match played.
