KINGSTON, Jamaica — Six-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt won the100m National title as former world record-holder Asafa Powell pulled up at the National Trials in Kingston Friday night.

Bolt won in 9.94 seconds ahead of Kemar Bailey Cole (9.98) and Nickel Ashmeade (9.99).

Powell has suffered multiple injuries over the years, including one at a local meet, which forced him to stop running prematurely some weeks ago.
