BUNKERS HILL, Trelawny — Former Western Confederation Super League campaigners Exidos So Fresh and Spicy Hill will meet at Bunkers Hill this afternoon as they seek to join four others qualifiers in the second round of the Trelawny/Patrick Atkinson KO.

The competition kicked off on Saturday and so far, Clarks Town, All-Stars, Classic United and Kinloss FC have advanced and will be in the draw for the second round.

On Sunday, President’s Cup KO champions Classic United beat Lorrimers All-Stars, 4-1, on penalty kicks after ending 2-2 after regulation and extra time, while Kinloss beat Invaders, 2-0.

Nicholas Dixon in the 57th minute and an own-goal in the 80th gave Kinloss the edge over Invaders.

Lorrimers got the lead over Classic United when Glenroy Hutchinson scored in the 22nd, but Zelester Austin levelled the scores in the 35th, then Tamaro Williams shot them into the lead in the 70th.

The lead lasted all of one minute before Kevaughn Hutchinson brought Lorrimers back level and the teams were forced to decide the game via penalties after failing to add to the scoreline.

Flames and Duanvale will meet on Thursday at Sea-Road in Duncans.
