1. The formidable Superyacht Octopus dropped anchor earlier this week at Canary Wharf generating a veritable buzz. The yacht is owned by Microsoft co-founder billionaire Paul Allen. (Photos: Garfield Robinson)

2. At the Peers Entrance to the House of Lords our cameras caught The Lady Tunnicliffe senior lecturer in science education, Institute of Education, University of London and colleague, Jacqueline McDonald-Davis, head of staff and organisational development.

3. British cops Sgt Kevin Harrison and Katrina Carney were both on duty today at the intersection of Great George Street and Bridge Street. No strangers to Jamaica, Harrison who has been in the force for 20 years has enjoyed Ocho Rios while Carney was delighted to share that she has visited Kingston, Ocho Rios and Montego Bay.

4. In London for the Summer Olympics were Jamericans from the parish of St Mary (from left) Diane Dennis, Maxine Burth and Lorna Welcome.
