Govt to appoint new JADCO board

KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Following the wholesale resignation of the full board of the Jamaica Anti-doping Commission (JADCO) last November Cabinet has approved the appointment of a new slate of Commissioners for the entity.

Making the announcement at Thursday’s Post Cabinet Press briefing at Jamaica House in St Andrew Information Minister Sandrea Falconer said Cabinet has expressed its appreciation to the members of the previous board for their service.

She said the new board will serve for three years ending in December 2016.
