Jamaica beat Guyana in CT20

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaica beat Guyana by five wickets in the Caribbean T20 held in St Lucia this afternoon.

Jamaica won the toss and sent Guyana in to bat restricting them to 93.

In reply the Jamaicans reached 94 for 5. At the end Andre Russell was on 20 not out and David Bernard on nine.

GUYANA 93 all out off 19.4 overs (Chris Barnwell 27, Royston Crandon 20; Andre Russell 4-22, Sheldon Cotterrell 2-8, Nikita Miller 2-25)

JAMAICA 94 for five off 18.1 overs (Danza Hyatt 22, Krishmar Santokie 22, Andre Russell 20 not out; Narsingh Deonarine 2-8, Steven Jacobs 2-14)
