The now acclaimed Business of Sport International Conference, hosted by Carole Beckford & Associates and Strategic Corporate Interventions Limited, will have as its keynote speaker at the grand conference opening on May 1 Ralph Gonsalves, Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines, Caribbean scholar, intellectual and statesman.

Gonsalves will officially declare the conference open under the theme 'Transform the Game' and he will no doubt provide the context for robust deliberations on critical issues affecting the sport industry.

Noted national and international speakers will join Gonsalves in the dialogue for transformation at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel. Business of Sport partner, Christopher Samuda, stated that: "This year will be riveting, with high-profile speakers, and the outcomes will be game changers."

The conference is in its fourth year and already it has established a reputation locally and regionally with an admirable profile internationally. Once more there will be a ministerial forum, with regional ministers of sport presenting, and a collegiate forum, which will provide a platform for collegiate students to have their say on matters relating to the industry.
