CANNIGIA Raynor threw a personal best 56.05m to win the men's hammer throw ahead of George Jumpp 54.13m at the JAAA/Supreme Ventures national championships at the National Stadium on Saturday.
Zara Northover's distance of 16.42m was good enough to secure victory in the women's shot put ahead of Micara Vassell (15.12m) and Candicea Bernard 15.06m.
